Russian Armed Forces will get new batch of Iskander-M systems

Russia’s Land Forces will continue to be rearmed in 2017 with the operational-tactical missile system Iskander-M, the source said.
Iskander-M was adopted in 2006 to replace the Soviet ‘Tochka’ and ‘Tochka-U’ tactical operational missile complex of the previous generation, Interfax reports.
The missile troops and artillery of the Land Forces of the Russian Federation will be fully rearmed to the operational-tactical missile system Iskander-M by 2020.
